General tips

• Cold hand wash and air dry

• Do not tumble dry

• Never wring or twist as this may cause the bag to distort and damage the stitching

• Test stain removers on a small section of the bag to check for discolouration

• Do not bleach

• Avoid hot water

• Gently reshape after handwashing and let dry on a towel in a well ventilated area

• Don’t overfill 

• Make sure lids for cosmetics are on correctly to avoid spills and wipe down unclean cosmetics prior to putting in the bag to avoid stains

• Towelling, just like normal towels, may get caught on an object and create a pull. Do not continue to pull the string, simply cut the loop at the source for best outcomes.
