My signature style is wide elastic scrunchies! Each scrunchie has 2 cm wide non roll elastic and wrap around twice in the hair for a firm but comfortable hold. They are best for those with normal to thick hair. I have thin elastic upon request for those with finer hair, extremely thick hair or those that like their scrunchies more stretchy.

Yes you can! I offer 1 cm which is great for all hair types. I have thin elastic available in regular size but if you’d like thin elastic in the XLS please add a note at checkout.

Tracking is included on most orders, please make sure to select tracked postage at checkout. You can find the tracking number in your emails from me after the item is sent (check junk mail) or contact me if you are having trouble locating it. Please note: Untracked envelope shipping is available for some orders and does not include tracking.

I allow cancellations as long as it hasn’t been shipped and isn’t a custom order that I’ve already started. 

I ship worldwide however I recommend Europe customers to contact me first to organise VAT payment through Etsy. If you can’t checkout with your country also please contact me. 

I do allow local pickup from markets preferably or I can located in Churchill. Please contact me for more information regarding local pickup. 

Please contact me as soon as possible to change your address. Once the order is posted I cant change the label.

Domestic shipping ranges from $3-$12. I also offer free domestic shipping over $75 

Yes I ship express domestically and select overseas countries.

International shipping is around $15-$25 AUD. I do however offer free shipping worldwide over $120.

Aussies:

After your order is marked as shipped you should expect your envelope or parcel to arrive within 1-14 business days.

Worldwide:

Generally orders take 2-6 weeks overseas once shipped. Most orders do arrive around the 2-3 week mark.
