Refund policy
No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is shipped.
However, I do offer resolutions for products not being suitable for you such as my signature wide elastic. This is generally a replacement to thin elastic. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges if this occurs. Please send me a message for more information.
If the item is faulty please message me to discuss appropriate resolution. This is genuinely a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.
I always take a photo of the package before I send and I’m happy to send you a photo of the envelope/parcel if required.
